Institutt for helsevitenskap inviterer alle ansatte til å prøve gruppetimer på treningssenteret neste uke!

I kjelleren i Prinsens gate har høyskolen et fullt utstyrt treningssenter med tredemøller, spinningssykler, gruppetreningsrom og styrkerom.

Neste uke er alle velkomne til å melde seg på, og en ekstra velkommen til våre nye kollegaer fra Westerdals som kanskje ikke er så godt kjent med denne muligheten. Til vanlig får man tilgang når man er medlem av Bedriftsidrettslaget på høyskolen.

Nedenfor finner du en timeplan over neste ukes timer. Alle dager kjører vi kortere timer som passer for alle, men spesielt for deg som vil komme i gang med trening, eller som aldri har prøvd gruppetrening før og er nysgjerrig.

For å komme deg til treningssenteret så er døren rett ved Besøksresepsjonen i Prinsens gate 9. Treningssenteret strekker seg over to etasjer i kjelleren, gruppetreningssalen er i PU2 og spinning i PU1. Garderober finnes i PU1. Dørene vil stå åpne kl. 15.00-18.00.

Book deg en gruppetime under «Linker» i menyen til høyre.
