Realitytraining er treningen for deg som ønsker å makse ditt potensiale hva gjelder styrke og kondisjon. Timen baserer seg på styrke, utholdenhet og mobilitet og passer for ALLE – uansett treningsgrunnlag.
Timen vil starte med styrketrening, der fokuset er på overkropp eller underkropp og antallet repetisjoner er lavt. Deretter vil timen avsluttes med øvelser som utfordrer kondisjon og utholdenhet. Alle vil få veiledning av teknikk underveis og øvelsene tilpasses ALLE!
